1. Who We Are

Biyekori ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") is an online matrimonial introduction service operated in Bangladesh. We provide a digital platform where individuals may create profiles and seek lawful matrimonial alliances. Biyekori is not a marriage bureau, marriage counsellor, or legal advisor. We are an internet intermediary and technology platform only.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Biyekori, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age if female, or 21 years of age if male, in accordance with the Child Marriage Restraint Act, 2017 of Bangladesh
• Be legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable to you (Muslim Personal Law, Hindu law, Special Marriage Act 1872, or other applicable law)
• Not be currently in an undisclosed marriage (you must declare existing marital status accurately)
• Not be prohibited from entering into marriage by any court order, decree, or applicable law
• Be a real person registering for yourself or for a direct family member with their full knowledge and consent
• Have a valid Bangladeshi phone number for verification

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If we discover otherwise, your account will be terminated immediately without refund.

3. Purpose of the Platform

Biyekori is designed exclusively for lawful matrimonial purposes. Use of the platform for the following is strictly prohibited:

• Casual dating, friendship, or non-matrimonial relationships
• Commercial purposes, solicitation, or advertising
• Recruitment, employment, or business networking
• Any activity that violates Bangladesh law or Islamic/Hindu/Christian/Buddhist personal law as applicable
• Harassment, intimidation, blackmail, or threats
• Fraud, impersonation, or creating false profiles

4. Profile Accuracy and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of all information you provide on your profile. You agree that:

• All information submitted is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You will not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information including false photos, false age, false education, false income, or false marital status
• Concealing material facts relevant to marriage (including prior marriages, children, health conditions, or criminal record) is a violation of this agreement and may expose you to legal liability under Bangladesh law
• Biyekori does not verify the accuracy of all user-submitted information. Verification badges indicate only that a specific verification step was completed - they do not constitute endorsement or guarantee of any information
• You must promptly update your profile if your circumstances change materially

5. Platform as Intermediary - No Liability for User Conduct

Biyekori is an internet intermediary as defined under applicable Bangladeshi law and ICT principles. We are not a party to any relationship, communication, or agreement formed between users. Accordingly:

• Biyekori expressly disclaims all liability for any content posted by users
• Biyekori is not responsible for any interaction, communication, meeting, relationship, or marriage that occurs between users
• Biyekori is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform
• Any civil or criminal liability arising from user-posted content or user conduct lies solely with that user
• We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, or remove content at our discretion

6. Safety, Meetings, and Personal Responsibility

You accept full personal responsibility for:

• Any decision to meet another user in person
• Any financial transaction with another user
• Any information you choose to share with another user beyond what Biyekori provides
• Due diligence and background verification of any person you intend to marry

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Post obscene, defamatory, or morally offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in any manner
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial assistance from other users
• Share another user's personal information without their explicit consent
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform's security
• Create multiple accounts or use another person's account
• Post content that violates any applicable Bangladeshi law including the Cyber Security Ordinance 2025, Pornography Control Act 2012, or any other applicable legislation

8. Sensitive Information and Privacy

You are advised never to share the following with other users through our platform:

• Bank account numbers, credit/debit card details, or any financial credentials
• National ID number or passport number
• Home address or workplace address
• Private photos beyond what you have posted on your profile

Biyekori disclaims all responsibility for any financial loss, fraud, or harm resulting from information you voluntarily share with other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content including design, code, branding, and features are the intellectual property of Biyekori. Users grant Biyekori a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute any content they upload to the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

10. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds

Paid memberships (Silver ৳1,499 / 3 months; Gold ৳2,499 / 3 months) are subject to the following conditions:

• Each membership is a single advance payment covering three months. Monthly allowances (contact unlocks, biodata PDF downloads, call quotas) refresh at the start of each month of the pack; unused contact unlocks carry over one month
• Founding-batch Silver members (first 100) renew at their original price for as long as their membership remains active or paused
• Money-back guarantee: if you do not receive a single mutual match (an interest you sent being accepted, or you accepting an interest received) within 30 days of upgrading, you may request a full refund within 45 days of payment via support@biyekori.com or SMS; refunds are returned to the originating bKash account
• Refunds will not be granted where the account has been terminated for breach of these terms, or where the guarantee window has passed
• Gold membership requires NID verification and a profile at least 80% complete; Gold intake may be limited in any month
• Every contact unlock and biodata PDF download is permanently recorded against your account; a member's number can be unlocked a limited number of times per week — misuse of unlocked contact details (harassment, repeated unwanted calls, sharing numbers with third parties) results in termination without refund
• Membership may be paused for up to 3 months in total; paused time is added to the end of the pack
• Prices may change for future batches; an active pack's price never changes mid-term
• Biyekori does not guarantee any specific number of matches, responses, or marriages

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Biyekori reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Receiving multiple genuine complaints from other users
• Any conduct that Biyekori determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to users or the platform

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biyekori and its owner, employees, and associates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you post on the platform.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to the use of Biyekori shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Dhaka under the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh before being referred to civil courts.

16. Amendments

Biyekori reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
